Amshera is still at work! Our website went down in late 2025, and Angie decided to learn to manage the website herself, so here we are.
Very few Afghan refugee families are entering the US at this time, but other new Refugee families are coming to Fort Worth. We’ve been meeting families from South Africa, and helping them settle in with donated furniture and goods.
We recently started an ESL class for women at one of the apartment complexes in Fort Worth. It’s been a real joy as the women come prepared to learn. There are women in several other complexes who are requesting ESL classes. If you would like to get involved, please contact Angie.
